Java Software Engineer

Build and scale cloud-native, event-driven microservices using modern DevOps and AI-assisted workflows.

Job Title: Software Engineer (Java)

Location: Warsaw, Poland - 3/4 days on-site per week

Duration: 12 Months Contract + Extension

Must-Haves

• 3+ years in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Production experience with Kafka and Docker / Kubernetes.
• Practical use of GitLab CI/CD and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) and strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

• Argo CD / GitOps workflows.
• Domain knowledge in securities settlement or post-trade processing.
