. Design and implement complex software applications and components. Collaborate with Architects, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and PMs to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Perform unit and functionality testing to ensure fit to design. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimise application performance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability. Work with

. Utilise version control systems (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in Java development and database integration. Proficiency in

, and secure coding practices. Experience with application servers, web servers, and Unix commands. Familiarity with banking industry solutions (AML, KYC, Fraud) is a plus.
