Job Description:
- Role : Java Technical Project Manager
- Overall 10+ years IT working experience is required.
- 8+ years into Java, API working experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, API, Microservices design and development end-to-end
- Must have skills in megascale project involving multiple sub projects and each having different applications and budget involved.
- Working experience in managing technical project end-to-end independently.
- Experience leading technical teams or managing software development projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and enterprise application development.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Have developed and maintained project management tracker which can be a running dashboard and can be updated always to get the latest status.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Managing technical Java projects end-to-end
- Build scalable microservices and REST APIs using modern Java frameworks.
- Contribute to application architecture, coding standards, and code reviews.
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration platforms.
- Implement secure coding practices and application security controls.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and development activities for strategic initiatives.
