Java Web Developer at SJIT joining an engineering team to build and enhance a modular, end-to-end trade management platform. Day to day involves backend and web work with Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, REST APIs, and React, based onsite in Tower Hill, Central London.
Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong Java (21 preferred), Spring Boot 3.x, and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of React (v17).
- SQL / PostgreSQL, Git, and Maven or Gradle.
- 4–8+ years software engineering experience.
- Comfortable in Agile teams and Linux/Unix environments.
- JSF/JSP, CI/CD, Docker.
- Exposure to financial/trading platforms not essential.
- Join our collaborative engineering team building and enhancing a modular, end-to-end trade management platform.
- Work hands-on across backend services and web UI.
