1. Handle quality issues and prepare 8D report.
2. Conduct internal quality audit and follow up on improvement.
3. Prepare documents for customer audit and support the audit.
4. Compile and maintain control plan.
5. Communicate and coordinate across departments.
6. Participate in new product development based on APQP and review APQP data.
