技術專案經理(Automotive Technical Program Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Define, tailor, and implement ASPICE-compliant processes for SYS.2 and SYS.3 in alignment with customer and internal requirements
• Participate in system requirement analysis, system software architecture design, requirement clarification, and software requirement development
• Design the integration interfaces across system/module boundaries
• Identify, track, and manage development dependencies and risks
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with customer and internal requirements and company software strategy
• Identify the changes of requirement and have corresponding actions to exiting implementation

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive embedded software development, preferred in Cockpit/ADAS domain
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or engineering related field
• Familiarity with automotive product development processes/norms such as ASPICE and ISO 26262
• Proven expertise in system/software architecture and in developing complex software systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with OEMs, Tier 1s, certification bodies, and cross-functional teams
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a geographically dispersed environment
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills
