Responsibilities
- Assess client operations to uncover improvement areas through research, interviews, and analytics
- Document and clarify business requirements to ensure alignment between Accenture and clients on necessary changes and new opportunities
- Collaborate with clients to design new business processes and technology solutions, creating strategic implementation plans
- Define the impacts of proposed solutions and outline steps for clients to adapt their operations effectively
- Utilize data analytics and AI tools to derive insights that drive informed decision-making and support business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment in delivering innovative solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine strategies for client engagement and project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline
- Strong academic performance with an average of 65% or higher
- Knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI concepts is advantageous
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of database management and SQL is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with large datasets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
