Job: financial data analyst intern
Summary
Intern role using data science to analyze financial data, build models, and create reports/dashboards for business insights.
Under supervision you will be responsible for utilising data science to deliver value to our clients and business. This includes providing statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modelling, simulation, machine learning and optimisation to discover trends, opportunities and threats. Findings is shared regularly with business users in a collaborative fashion. Remains current with developments in data science technology and methodologies.
Responsibilities Extract, clean, and transform financial data from source systems Prepare and maintain financial datasets and reporting structures Produce scheduled and ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field 0 – 2 years relevant experience (internships acceptable)
