Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Utilize Power BI to design, develop, maintain, and deploy interactive dashboards
- Build and understand data workflows to meet SQL, Power BI, and Azure requirements
- Perform data analysis and statistical modeling using R or Python libraries, as required
- Engage with customers to understand and document business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by adhering to data governance best practices
- Implement and manage data warehouse procedures, including ETL processes, to support business intelligence and reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
- An advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field is highly advantageous
- Basic understanding and some experience working with SQL, Azure, Power BI, and R or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, including ETL processes and data architecture
