Job Description:

• Provide basic desktop and end-user technical support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, desktops, and laptops.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and system access.
• Install and configure applications as per user requirements.
• Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and provide support to end users.
