The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure, scalable, and user-friendly customer, partner, and employee portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Build and customize customer, partner, and employee portals using Experience Builder, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience and performance.
- Configure Experience Cloud features including:
- Experience Builder
- Partner Communities
- Customer Communities
- CMS
- Audience Targeting
- Branding & Themes
- Navigation Menus
- Knowledge Integration
- Self-Service Portals
- Login & Registration Flows
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth, and external user security.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Build automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize portal performance.
- Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce CMS and Knowledge.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
