Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry
- Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an advantage
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow client care plans and provide individualized assistance
