What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end application architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud;
- Define scalable data models, security, governance, and application architecture standards;
- Design enterprise integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and external platforms;
- Lead the adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and activation;
- Create architecture roadmaps, solution designs, and technical documentation;
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives;
- Mentor engineering teams and promote development best practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative solutions;
- Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and drive continuous platform evolution.
What you'll bring:
- Experience as a Salesforce Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect;
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Retail Cloud, or commercial experience in the consumer goods or retail industry;
- Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud;
- Hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce Data Cloud;
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, security, and enterprise architecture principles;
- Experience designing integrations with SAP and other enterprise platforms;
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders;
- Professional English.
You are a star if you have:
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification;
- Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) experience;
- MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms;
- Experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
