1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Vishay’s business across Taiwan
Team Management
2. Key Accounts Management, EMS, ODM, OEM, distribution partners
3. Project & Order Management
-Drive design-in and demand creation at customer R&D centers
-Forecast sales, pipeline, and revenue with accuracy
4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and pricing dynamics
• Collaborate with regional marketing, Business development, and global division teams
