This is a fully remote opportunity with long-term engagement. We are open to both full-time and freelance cooperation models.
About this job:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect to join our team. As an integral part of our MS CRM practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams — business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders — to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) / Power Apps solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, configuring CRM systems, and ensuring successful adoption and continued system effectiveness.
How you'll make an impact:
- Analyze project requirements and plan the implementation and delivery according to scope, deadline, and budget;
- Analyze product design and functionality, describe business processes and customer requirements;
- Create design, system, user, and procedural documentation;
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business process flows, and dashboards;
- Leverage Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance CRM functionality and automate business processes;
- Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design;
- Architect solutions on a functional and technical level that will deliver high-quality results to meet the client's needs and use the features and functions correctly and effectively;
- Help the Sales team in pre-sales activities, respond to requests for proposals and invitations to tenders, and prepare and present demonstrations;
- Drive improvements forward for Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) installations using manufacturing best practices;
- Help plan and implement integrations of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) with custom-built solutions; plan builds, releases, upgrades, and merging of patches;
- Review technical solutions, help troubleshoot production issues, and suggest fixes;
- Collaborate with system administrators and the IT team in planning, design, implementation, and testing of new and existing database configurations, as well as application updates;
- Work with team members, including developers, architects, and other consultants, to share knowledge and best practices;
- Coordinate and contribute to end-user training, and assist in developer training on creating new database objects for application development.
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with at least 3 years focused on the Customer Engagement / CRM apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, or Contact Center);
- Proven track record architecting and leading end-to-end D365 CE implementations, including greenfield rollouts and complex migrations from legacy CRM (Dynamics CRM on-prem, Salesforce, Siebel, etc.);
- Deep expertise in Dataverse: data modeling, security roles and business units, environment strategy, ALM with Managed Solutions and Power Platform Pipelines;
- Strong command of the Power Platform: model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, PCF controls, and Copilot Studio;
- Practical experience with D365 CE extensibility: plug-ins, custom APIs, JavaScript form scripting, business rules, business process flows;
- Working knowledge of Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) — segmentation, journeys, unified customer profile, data ingestion;
- Solid understanding of Azure services relevant to CRM solutions (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Application Insights) and integration patterns (REST, OData, Dataverse Web API, Kafka, event-driven);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Sales / Service and how to embed generative AI capabilities into CE workflows;
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills. Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
