Jr. Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and self-motivated Jr. Full-Stack Developer to join our in-house software team. This role will focus primarily on building the technology that supports our sales and marketing teams, including CRM integrations, sales automation, internal applications, data pipelines, reporting, and AI-powered tools.

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain internal web applications used by our sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work with PostgreSQL to build features, reports, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Debug existing applications and implement reliable fixes and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and the full software development lifecycle.

Sales & GTM Technology

• Build software that helps our sales team research prospects, manage relationships, and automate repetitive workflows.
• Develop integrations between our internal applications, CRM, ERP, and third-party sales, and marketing platforms.
• Build internal dashboards, reporting tools, and workflows that turn business data into useful information.
• Work directly with sales and marketing users to understand problems and turn them into practical software solutions.
• Look for opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation.

AI & Automation

• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the everyday development workflow.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered features and workflows using APIs such as OpenAI.
• Develop AI-powered tools for research, data processing, transcription, automation, and internal business workflows.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and identify practical applications within the business.
• Learn and apply emerging AI development patterns, including agentic workflows, and structured data extraction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years building or maintaining web applications (JavaScript plus PHP or Node.js).
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus), version control (Git), and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Customer-service orientation and patience when troubleshooting end-user problems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Team player who participates in code reviews and support handoffs constructively.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation habits.
• Comfortable working on-site full time and able to lift ~50 lbs occasionally for equipment moves.
• Local Salt Lake City candidates only (no relocation assistance).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to walk, lift, stand, stoop, climb, bend wrists, and prolonged viewing of computer screens.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
