Jr Functional Analyst II

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirement gathering to understand the needs of the business

• Evaluates process requirements from the business and develop an efficient functional design

• Design, do standard configuration of systems, and coordinate with development team for back-end customizations

• Collaborate with the implementation support team during the testing and go-live phases of project implementations.

• Supports the Sales Team with client demonstrations.

• Other job that might be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Must Have

• 2 Years of experience implementing Odoo

• Bachelor Degree or Higher

• Process experience in at least 2 of order to cash, procure to pay, other treasury operations, financial reporting, fixed assets, taxation, cost accounting, budgeting, manufacturing, inventory management, payroll, recruitment, etc.

• Industry experience in at least 1 of Manufacturing, Retail, Food & Beverage, Consulting, Other Service Industries, Tech, Real Estate, Construction, Pharma, Telco, etc.

• Skills or adjacent skills in: technical documentation, technical support, and end user training

• Experience or coursework in ERP software

• Experience in client presentations
