Job Title: Jr. Internal Technical Support Engineer
Role Objective
Provide accurate technical design and proposal support that enables successful project execution and customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations from RFQs and project specifications.
- Perform sizing and engineering calculations for steam and heat transfer equipment.
- Review P&IDs, prepare technical drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare technical submittals including datasheets, compliance sheets, and clarifications.
- Support sales engineers in optimizing technical solutions.
- Coordinate with principals for specialized selections when required.
- Assist in steam audit reporting and solution development.
- Maintain structured documentation and quotation records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical power or mechatronics Engineering.
- 1–3 years' experience in technical support, design engineering, or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of steam, condensate, and heat transfer systems.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Excel and engineering calculation tools.
