Jr. Java Developer

The Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Java Developers who are eager to expand their skill set by cross-training in Pega, a leading low-code automation platform. This is a great opportunity to transition into a high-demand field while leveraging your Java development expertise. Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications while undergoing training in Pega development. Participate in Pega certification programs and hands-on projects to gain expertise in the platform. Assist in designing and implementing workflow automation, case management, and business rules using Pega. Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Troubleshoot and debug Java and Pega applications as part of the development lifecycle. Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and best practices. Your Background 0–2 years of experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs preferred). Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases. Willingness to learn and transition into Pega development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude. Only Singaporeans Preferred (Nice to Have): Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms or BPM tools. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
