The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting project management activities within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
  • Experience in:
    • Construction and installation projects within regulated industries.
    • Project cost estimation and budgeting activities.
    • Development of business cases and project justifications.
    • Project execution planning and scheduling.
    • Facilities projects such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, restroom remodeling, and paving projects

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of facilities construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses.
  • Develop business cases to support capital and operational project requests.
  • Assist in the creation of project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate project activities with engineering, maintenance, facilities, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support projects involving restroom remodeling, HVAC upgrades, electrical systems, and paving improvements.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for management.
  • Assist in risk identification and development of mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and complies with company procedures.
