For Junior applicants, a six-month paid intensive training program is available to help you strengthen your technical foundation and gain valuable hands-on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, build, and maintain reliable backend APIs that communicate efficiently with databases.
Help ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of server infrastructure.
Design and develop internal tools that support various teams and business operations.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured code following established software engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Game Design, Art, Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management (PM), and Data teams to deliver polished gaming products with reliable backend support.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Support database management, backend optimization, and system performance improvements.
Occasionally assist with website development and related programming tasks.
Continuously learn new technologies, improve coding practices, and contribute to team projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
Proficient in PHP, MySQL and/or NoSQL databases, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity or experience with C#, C/C++, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
Basic understanding of full-stack development, with a strong interest in backend technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for programming, software development, and gaming.
Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willing to work in Makati City.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following are advantages but are not mandatory:
Familiarity with Unity3D.
Exposure to iOS or Android development.
Knowledge of mobile application development.
Previous experience developing APIs, database-driven applications, or backend systems.
A personal portfolio, academic project, or programming project demonstrating your technical skills.
No prior mobile game development experience is required.
