Junior Account Executive - Cybersecurity

Salary: $23,000 – $25,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Understand clients’ cybersecurity objectives and business needs, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.

• Conduct regular client reviews to discuss service delivery, performance metrics and overall satisfaction.

• Identify potential account issues and risks, and take proactive measures to address them.

• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Security Operations, to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

• Prepare regular updates and reports for management covering client satisfaction, service performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in account management within IT or cybersecurity industry.

• Familiarity with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and related security service offerings.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies and industry best practices.

• Experience with SIEM, XDR and SOAR solutions, such as Splunk, Palo Alto Cortex XDR and Microsoft Sentinel, is preferred.

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
