As Junior Engagement Manager – Ind, the person will perform the following roles:

Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts portfolio.
Achieve assigned strategic account objectives and meet targets assigned by the leadership – should have account plans to achieve targets.
Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
Work with Delivery and Presales to prepare monthly governance Deck and keeping track on project alignment
Suggest solutions/Photon services to meet client needs.
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
Monitor sales performance metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Update CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts to the exec team.
Working with Finance team for billing and invoicing.
Work with internal recruitment team to hire and fill the roles within engagement.

Key requirements:

To be successful as a Junior Customer Success Manager, candidates should possess:

2+ years of experience in IT services in client partner, account management and business development roles
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
Excellent hands on experience in MS tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technology-related environment.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
