We are opening a position for Aviation Specialist Baltic.
The Aviation Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of aviation-related processes, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of flight bookings, passenger data exchange, and airline communication. Working closely with the Head of Product, Revenue & Aviation, airline partners, and other tour operators, the role supports the efficient management of charter and scheduled flight programmes, ticket inventory, group requests, and low-cost carrier bookings, while ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational cooperation with all aviation partners.
Key responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day administration and coordination of aviation-related processes;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of flight bookings, passenger data exchange, and airline communication;
  • Supporting the efficient management of charter and scheduled flight programmes;
  • Managing ticket inventory, group requests, and low-cost carrier bookings;
  • Ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational cooperation with all aviation partners;
  • Working closely with the Head of Product, Revenue & Aviation, airline partners, and other tour operators.
Candidate requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in aviation, tourism, airline operations, or the travel industry;
  • Higher education in Tourism, Aviation, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational management;
  • Experience working with reservation and booking systems (e.g. SAMO, airline booking systems, or similar);
  • Good understanding of airline booking processes, passenger lists (PNL), and flight programme administration;
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with airline partners, tour operators, and internal stakeholders;
  • High level of responsibility, proactivity, problem-solving skills, stress resilience, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
