As a Junior Brand Identity Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping and evolving our brand’s visual presence across multiple touchpoints. Under the mentorship of senior designers and in close collaboration with the growth and marketing teams, you will contribute to the development of cohesive, impactful brand identities that resonate with our audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your design expertise while supporting the creation of compelling visual and messaging assets that strengthen our brand’s recognition and connection with customers. Your work will directly influence how our brand is perceived, making you a key contributor to our market positioning and long-term success. The role also requires successful completion of foundational design assessments and portfolio reviews as part of the evaluation process to ensure alignment with our creative standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and refining core visual identity elements, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
  • Develop visual assets for diverse formats such as print media, out-of-home advertising, packaging, digital campaigns, websites, and mobile applications.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and creative input.
  • Support the execution of design phases across projects, following direction from senior designers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Help draft design briefs and support production workflows, ensuring precision and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of individual design components within larger projects, with guidance and feedback from senior team members.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
