- Drive end-to-end projects, including JIRA management, DevOps documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver application support and hands-on low-code solutions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Enhance workflow systems by utilizing cloud technologies and modern development frameworks.
- University degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Proficiency in JIRA management, DevOps documentation, and application support; hands-on experience with Low-code platforms is essential.
- Knowledge of .NET, Angular, SQL, Cloud development, or workflow systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently; Mandarin fluency is required for vendor communication.
- A proactive, clear-minded professional with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple project priorities.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
