Junior Business Analyst / PMO Analyst

About the role

Red Sky Digital Co., Ltd. is looking for a Junior Business Analyst / PMO Analyst to join the team in Bangkok. This is an office-based role working with one of the major international clients. You will work closely with and be dedicated to a C-level executive, supporting a range of business, strategy, reporting and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with a C-level executive on business and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive and stakeholder meetings.

• Assist with the preparation of strategy papers, business cases, project documents and executive reports.

• Build and maintain Excel reports, financial and operational analysis, trackers and dashboards.

• Analyse business information and translate findings into clear recommendations and presentations.

• Support PMO activities including project tracking, action registers, timelines, status reporting and follow-ups.

• Gather, organise and document business requirements.

• Work with AI models and AI productivity tools for research, analysis, document preparation and data interpretation.

• Research markets, competitors, business opportunities and other topics as required.

• Coordinate information across different teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare meeting materials, summaries and follow-up documentation.

• Help improve the quality and consistency of management reporting.

• Support ad-hoc projects and analysis requested by senior management.

About You

We are looking for someone with approximately 3–5 years of professional experience. Previous experience as a Junior Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Management Consultant, Strategy Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar role would be beneficial.

You should have:

• Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to produce professional executive-level presentations.

• Good Excel skills, including working with data, formulas, reports and charts.

• Strong business writing and document preparation skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

• An interest in and practical understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to business tasks.

• The ability to take large amounts of information and turn them into concise, structured outputs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Confidence working directly with senior executives.

• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Location & Travel

The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand and is primarily an office-based role.

The successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel internationally for client meetings, projects or other business requirements.
