SearchPlus HR is seeking a proactive and skilled junior consultant neurologist to join a prestigious private healthcare facility. This role offers a unique opportunity for neurologists at the early stages of their careers to develop clinical expertise while contributing to high-quality patient care in a progressive environment.

As a junior consultant neurologist, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to diagnose and manage a variety of neurological conditions. You will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care plans and advancing your clinical knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed neurological assessments and compile comprehensive patient histories
  • Assist in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and headaches
  • Interpret results from neuroimaging and diagnostic tests including MRI, CT scans, and EEGs
  • Work with senior consultants to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on neurological health, treatment options, and disease management
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation adhering to clinical and regulatory standards
  • Participate actively in professional development, training sessions, and clinical research projects

Requirements

  • Medical degree and valid medical license
  • Completion of neurology residency or equivalent training
  • Strong clinical acumen and a genuine interest in advancing a career in neurology
  • Ability to interpret neurological diagnostic tests effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and commitment to quality care
  • Empathy and dedication to patient-centered practices
  • Prior clinical experience or internships in neurology are advantageous but not required
