Junior Customer Representative

Now, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service Team - a role where you’ll make a real impact on the customer experience from day one.
Be the first point of contact for our business clients, handling a variety of inquiries with professionalism and care
Investigate and resolve questions related to products, pricing, billing, and delivery
Use internal systems to process orders, track requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
Provide technical guidance on our products and software in a helpdesk/call center environment
Manage high-volume inboxes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
Qualify inbound leads and support sales opportunities
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
A university degree
First professional experience in a customer-facing role
Strong ability to build relationships with business clients
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A solution-oriented mindset and confidence in decision-making
Great listening skills and attention to detail
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
