Junior Cyber Security Operations Assistant

Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year

Requirements:

• A keen interest in cyber security, technology, and cloud-based software solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with a variety of teams.
• An analytical mindset with an interest in investigating and solving problems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with monitoring user activity and security events across cloud-based platforms.
• Support the review of access permissions and user account controls to ensure appropriate system access.
• Help conduct routine security audits and compliance checks across internal systems.
• Assist with identifying and reporting potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and unusual activity.
• Support the maintenance of security documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
• Work with technical and customer-facing teams to promote security best practices throughout the business.
