o An analytical mind and are excited about problem-solving complex data engineering problems
o Strong computer science fundamentals or have worked with functional programming languages (e.g. Clojure, Haskell, Scala) or enjoy vectorization in Python, R, Matlab/Octave, Wolfram Mathematica
o A demonstrable passion for technology and automation, optimizing and improving solutions
o Demonstrable interest in understanding Data and how to combine and present it in various ways, dealing with large datasets and some basic statistical concepts
o Knowledge of or interest in learning about Linux, Server-Client technology, Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML
o Aptitude for understanding requirements and solving problems through proactive and collaborative engagement with teammates and owning a change from inception, to testing and releasing it to the users
