A Junior Digital Designer is part of our Strategy & Experience Design department, and typically reports into an Associate Creative Director. You'll contribute to a variety of client work, while developing your design skills through day-to-day collaboration and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of websites, digital experiences, presentations, and brand assets.
• Collaborate with designers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Create polished visual deliverables with strong attention to detail and craft.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and creative reviews.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and continuously improve your work.
• Help maintain consistency across projects by following design systems and brand guidelines.
• Explore new design tools, workflows, and AI-powered technologies that can enhance the creative process.
• Stay curious about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Communicate progress with your team and actively seek feedback throughout projects.
• Take on additional creative responsibilities as you continue to grow.
• Work cooperatively with Modus project and account managers, engineers, and other team members, as required
• Report progress/updates and/or communicate with other team members, project leads, and our clients, as required

Other duties related to the position that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy with a strong interest in digital & website design
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging design workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2). You should feel comfortable participating in video calls, understanding design feedback, and collaborating with teammates in English.
• You’re located in Buenos Aires and are willing to work from our office at least 2 times a month (hybrid schedule)
