Position Overview
Reporting directly to the EHS Coordinator, our future Junior EHS Technician will have as missions to :
- Ensure application of EHS requirements in the site
- Follow-up of safety instructions application
- Ensure safety culture awareness
- Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and audits
- Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support safety awareness campaigns and employee training sessions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- EHS degree/Technical degree
- First experience (in EHS position)
- Knowledge of EHS global standards and Moroccan regulations
- Basic knowledge about EHS norms (ISO 14001, ISO 45001…)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Risk-based thinking
- High level of ethics and integrity
- Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (Negotiation & persuasion skills)
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
