Junior Full-Stack Engineer — 4-Day Week, Hybrid & Growth

TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Full-stack Engineer to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, maintainable code.

You will develop backend services and APIs, build frontend features, and help modernize legacy systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the SDLC. The role requires 2-3 years in enterprise environments, strong OOP knowledge, and experience with React/Vue/Angular, plus a focus on quality and Agile practices.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability. Build and enhance frontend features using modern web technologies, contributing primarily to new products and functionalities. Support the evolution of existing applications, helping modernize and migrate legacy systems toward more scalable and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and production support. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience developing applications in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of OOP languages and frameworks: Java Spring or .NET (C#). Experience building modern user interfaces with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Strong database skills: relational database design, data modelling, and query optimization. Familiarity with structured development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, code review, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
