Join Bloom & Wild as a Junior Full Stack Engineer in our UK/Netherlands hybrid Tech team. You’ll contribute to features across Ruby services and Angular/TypeScript apps, shaping customer-facing experiences from brief to deployment. You’ll own features end-to-end, with emphasis on accessibility, performance, and testing, using our shared design system. Early-career engineers are supported to grow toward frontend mastery, with coaching and collaboration across product and design. A chance to work with AI tools to speed up repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

- Deliver full-stack features across Ruby services and Angular/TypeScript apps from brief to production-ready
- Ensure accessibility, performance, states, tests, and scripts using the shared design system
- Own features from ideation through production release and ongoing maintenance
- Utilize AI tools to speed up repetitive work while validating outputs before shipping
- Hands-on Ruby experience and scripting curiosity
- Web fundamentals: semantic HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Box Model), modern JavaScript; Angular as main stack; experience with Angular, React, or Vue is a bonus

- Comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude or Cursor) and ability to explain usage
