Junior Full-Stack Engineer: Hybrid, 4-Day Week Growth

TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and maintain backend services and APIs, while contributing to frontend features using modern web technologies. You will help modernize legacy systems and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering, 2–3+ years in enterprise settings, and strong OOP skills with Java Spring or .NET, plus experience with React, Vue, or Angular. English proficiency is required.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with strong quality and performance. Build and enhance frontend features using modern web technologies. Support the evolution and modernization of legacy applications for scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2/3+ years of enterprise development experience. Strong knowledge of OOP languages and frameworks (Java Spring or .NET/C#). Experience building UIs with React, Vue, or Angular. Strong DB design, data modeling, and query optimization. Familiar with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and Agile.
