Junior Full-Stack Engineer (Hybrid, 4-Day Week)

TeamSystem is seeking developers to translate complex financial requirements into robust software solutions in a hybrid Italy-based team. The role covers backend services, APIs, and frontend features using modern web tech, with a strong emphasis on scalable payments and fintech products.

You’ll collaborate across the lifecycle from analysis to deployment, contributing to modernization and migration of legacy systems while growing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability. Build frontend features using modern web technologies, contributing to new products and functionality. Support modernization and migration of legacy systems toward scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle. At least 2/3 years of enterprise app development experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Excellent knowledge of OOP languages and frameworks: Java Spring or .NET (C#). Experience building modern UIs with React, Vue, or Angular. Strong database skills: relational DB design, data modelling, and query optimisation. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, code review, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices. Advanced English (C1).
