We're Hiring Junior HR Specialist !

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage personnel files, employee documentation, and onboarding procedures.
• Follow up on attendance, leaves, and social insurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and Personnel.
• F&B industry experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance.
• Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
