Junior Human Resources Consultant

About the role

In our Staffing team in Alcobendas, we are looking for a Junior Consultant (360°) with initiative, a commercial vision, and operational management capacity.

If you are passionate about contact with people, street-level commercial prospecting, and the integral management of selection and hiring, this challenge is for you!

What you'll do

• Helps prepare presentations for clients, reports, and other materials. Develops a basic understanding of the business, finances, services, and markets on which the company focuses.
• Documents the key points of meetings and calls with clients, and shares follow-up notes with internal teams and the client.
• Helps prepare reports on key client performance indicators, such as placement success rates, time-to-hire, and quality of hire, and the efficiency of providing staffing solutions for operational positions.
• Ensures accurate entry of client contract details into internal systems, assisting the sales support department with record keeping.
• Maintains and ensures accurate, up-to-date records of sales opportunities in the Operational Talent Solutions CRM system. Job description.
• Requires a basic understanding of the business, finances, products/services, and the market.
• Focuses on understanding the client's problem and gathering all relevant information.
• Provides support in simple business development or account management activities.
• Has limited direct contact with clients and/or potential clients.
• It is a fundamental role for professionals developing their career in the sales field, focusing on basic skills.

• Residency in Tres Cantos or surrounding areas.
