Junior Industrial Application Support Analyst (Outsource)
Description
Monitor and support industrial applications (PCS & MES) to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Provide technical support to production users and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Assist in identifying system errors, investigating root causes, and following up on reported incidents.
Use basic SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyze data.
Support database maintenance, barcode systems, scanners, and production-related IT activities.
Participate in MES implementation, system testing, and improvement projects.
Coordinate minor project activities and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Support routine system checks, software updates, and basic scripting activities.
Collaborate with IT, production, and engineering teams to ensure system reliability and minimize production downtime.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Alexandria Residence is a must.
Good knowledge of SQL fundamentals (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, INSERT, UPDATE).
Good understanding of IT fundamentals, databases, and operating systems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good English command, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux environments is a plus.
Exposure to IT support, databases, MES, ERP, or industrial applications through internships or academic projects is an advantage.
Willingness to work on shifts and provide on-call support when required.
