What you’ll do

Support Senior Inside Sales Representatives and designated customers with timely follow-up on commercial requests.

Assist with quotation coordination, quote follow-up, order-status requests, open-order expedites, order changes, and after-sales support.

Support customer onboarding, customer portals, supplier setup activities, and routine commercial documentation.

Assist with forecast, blanket-order, backlog, and running-business follow-up while maintaining accurate information and escalating risks when needed.

Execute assigned marketing campaigns and outbound activities using approved messaging and target lists.

Contact and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), support their progression to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) or opportunities, and route them to the appropriate sales owner.

Follow up on campaign responses, event leads, inactive leads, and other assigned lead sources.

Maintain accurate CRM and ERP information and prepare basic reports related to leads, orders, activities, and backlog.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, and Channel Partners.

What we’re looking for

0–2 years of experience in B2B sales support, customer service, Inside Sales, commercial support, or a related early-career role.

Internship, academic, or early-career experience in customer support, sales support, marketing campaigns, or lead management is highly valued.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant education or experience.

English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken, is required.

Strong customer-service orientation, professional communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfort communicating with customers by phone and email.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, or similar systems is highly valued.

Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, industrial automation, or an international organization is a plus. Junior Inside Sales Representat.
