Junior IT Business Analyst (QA/ Agile Delivery/ Agentic management)(R10483)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,600 per month

About the role

This role involves business analysis, software quality assurance, and delivery coordination across client, user, and vendor interactions. You will participate in requirements capture, execute functional and acceptance testing, support Agile ceremonies, maintain governance records, and use approved AI agents to enhance analysis, documentation, and project delivery.

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Participate in client, user, and vendor discussions to capture business needs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability from requirements to test scenarios, defects, and sign-offs; clarify gaps with responsible owners.
2. Software QA, SIT & UAT: Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression, and acceptance tests with reproducible evidence; track defects with developers and vendors and confirm results; assist in testing AI feature reliability, abnormal outputs, and human-review checkpoints.
3. Agile Delivery & Vendor Coordination: Support Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint tracking, and issue escalation; follow up on vendor milestones and hand-offs; assist with release readiness, change requests, go-live verification, and post-release follow-up.
4. Governance & Audit Readiness: Maintain version-controlled records of requirements, approvals, test results, and change history; support audit evidence collection; follow governance processes including access control, data security, and segregation of duties; use only approved AI tools and protect confidential information.
5. AI-Agent Execution & Quality Control: Use approved AI agents and automation workflows to support requirements analysis, documentation, test preparation, issue triage, and project reporting; review AI outputs for factual accuracy, completeness, and compliance; assist in validating agent workflow hand-offs, exception handling, and human approval checkpoints.

【Requirements】
1. Education & Experience: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline; fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome.
2. Professional Foundation: Basic understanding of SDLC, business requirements, software testing (SIT/UAT), defect reporting, and Agile/Scrum concepts.
3. AI Tool Usage: Willingness to use AI agents in daily work, with the discipline to verify outputs and retain human accountability.
4.Governance Awareness: Understanding of why large enterprises and government projects require documented approvals, change control, traceable testing, and audit evidence; formal audit experience is not required.
5. Language & Professional Skills: Clear written and spoken English; organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up; able to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
6. General Competencies: Willing to ask questions, quick to learn unfamiliar systems, able to identify risks, and handle sensitive information responsibly.

工作职责

2、软件QA、SIT与UAT：准备并执行功能、集成、回归和验收测试，记录可复现证据；与开发及供应商跟踪缺陷并确认结果；协助测试AI功能的可靠性、异常输出和人工审查检查点。
3、敏捷交付与供应商协调：支持Scrum仪式、待办梳理、冲刺跟踪和问题升级；跟进供应商里程碑与交接，协助发布准备、变更请求、上线验证及发布后跟进。
4、治理与审计准备：维护需求、审批、测试结果、变更历史等版本受控记录；支持审计证据收集；遵循访问控制、数据安全、职责分离等治理流程；仅使用经批准的AI工具，保护机密信息。
5、AI代理执行与质量控制：使用经批准的AI代理和自动化工作流，辅助需求分析、文档编写、测试准备、问题分类和项目报告；审查AI输出的事实准确性、完整性与合规性，协助验证代理工作流的交接、异常处理和人工审批环节。

任职资格

学历经验：IT、计算机、信息系统、商业分析、工程等相关专业文凭或学位；欢迎应届毕业生及早期职业候选人。
专业基础：了解SDLC、业务需求、软件测试（SIT/UAT）、缺陷报告和敏捷/Scrum基本概念。
AI工具使用：愿意在日常工作中使用AI代理，同时具备验证输出、保留人类问责的纪律性。
治理意识：理解大型企业及政府项目为何需要文档化审批、变更控制、可追溯测试和审计证据；不要求正式审计经验。
语言与素养：清晰的英语书面与口头表达；有条理、注重细节、主动跟进，能与客户、供应商和团队专业沟通。
综合能力：敢于提问、能快速学习陌生系统、识别风险，并负责任地处理敏感信息。
