Job Description

• Review customers’ payroll processes, policies, and business requirements to understand their needs.

• Configure and maintain the HR payroll system to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate payroll results.

• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely solutions and follow-up support.

• Address customer enquiries by investigating problems, recommending solutions, and ensuring issues are resolved.

• Collaborate with internal Business Development and Product teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Open for fresh graduate and those with 1-2 years of experience who is familiar in coding or programming in any programming languages.

• Keen to pursue a non-programming role.

• Advantageous: Have some basic payroll/HR knowledge. Not a must.

• Required language(s): English and Chinese. This role required to liaise with clients in Hong Kong and Australia.
