Junior IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer — AI/Cloud Ops

Esyen is seeking a Junior to Mid IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to support internal IT operations and evolve our cloud and AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a hands-on attitude, a solid IT foundation and a passion for automation.

Responsibilities include maintaining Windows and Linux environments, administering Microsoft 365, handling networking/security, and supporting containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes) with Google Cloud and Railway.

Support internal IT operations, users and systems. Install and manage and maintain Windows and Linux environments. Support Microsoft 365 administration and identity management and user support. Assist with networking, security, monitoring and backup activities. Support cloud applications and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Railway). Collaborate on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and AI-related projects. Contribute to automation and continuous infrastructure improvement IT diploma, degree or equivalent practical experience. Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience, including significant personal projects. Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). Basic experience with Docker and containerized applications. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts. Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell or Python). English level: B1+ or higher. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
