Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within the timeline and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective problem resolution.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT project management.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Hybrid model - 2 times per week in the office (Parque das Nações)
