Junior IT Project Manager
Summary
Junior IT Project Manager coordinates web development projects, communicates with clients, and resolves workflow issues in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
- A strong desire to study IT subject field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- High communication availability (be always in touch with clients and upper-management);
- High stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Basic personal experience as a developer/QA/PM and deep understanding of software development process;
- Proven experience of direct communication with foreign clients.
As a project manager you will:
- Manage multiple web development projects;
- Solve workflow and technical issues (in collaboration with tech specialist);
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients;
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
