Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site troubleshooting for client platforms and end-user hardware (L1/ L2 IT support)
Perform service requests and respond promptly to incidents; investigate & provide temporary/ permanent resolution
Customer service: Handle end-users directly
Document technical processes and provide regular status updates to relevant parties.
