About the role
We are looking for an IT System Analyst to shape modern, efficient, and digital input management solutions within our IT landscape.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and implemented effectively. You will play an essential role in translating business needs into high-quality IT solutions that support the strategic objectives of one of Europe’s leading insurance groups.

Skills and experience you will need
fluency in written and spoken English
1-2 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
some experience working in agile product teams, as well as confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration
knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis. IREB certification is an advantage
ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones, as well as occasional travel to workshops or other team locations
Nice to have
German language knowledge (B1/B2)
