About the Role
We are seeking a Java Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Java Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation, deployment, and operational tasks Debug and troubleshoot application issues in development and production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code Support CI/CD pipelines and assist in build automation when required
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling Hands-on experience with Bash scripting on Unix/Linux environments Experience with REST APIs and microservices (optional but preferred) Good understanding of Linux file systems, permissions, and process handling
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms and services Familiarity with Agile methodologies Location Singapore Notice Period ; Immediate to 30 days
