Junior Java Software Engineer — Microservices & REST APIs

Target Reply, the analytics company within the Reply Group, is seeking a Junior Software Developer to grow in an innovative environment, developing solid expertise in enterprise application development and microservices.

You’ll work on scalable Java applications, REST APIs, and modern data architectures, with mentoring and continuous learning, and a hybrid policy requiring 1–2 days on site in Milan or Turin.

Collaborate with design and development teams to translate requirements into robust, high‑impact solutions. Develop scalable and high‑performance microservices‑based applications using modern technologies (e.g., SpringBoot). Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs to enable seamless communication between distributed services and client applications. Contribute to innovation by proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data & Analytics. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other data‑centric disciplines is required (minimum grade: 100/110). Knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming concepts. Familiarity with Java. Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Team‑oriented mindset. Mentoring & training Hybrid policy (1–2 days on site)
